PRIVACY POLICY
THE SHORT VERSION
Aether Shard Survival does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. Your save game lives on your device and nowhere else.
WHAT THE GAME COLLECTS
Nothing. The game does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any identifier. It does not connect to any server run by us. It has no login and no online features of its own.
SAVE DATA
Your progress is written only to the local storage of the device the game runs on. We cannot see it and it never leaves your device unless you copy it yourself. Deleting the game deletes it.
PURCHASES
Where the game is sold, or offers an unlock, the purchase is processed entirely by the store you bought it from: Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Steam. We receive no payment details. Each store's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
PLATFORM SERVICES
On some platforms the game may report achievements to the platform's own service (Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or Steam) so they appear in your profile there. That data is handled by the platform under its own privacy policy, using the account you already hold with it. The game sends nothing else.
CHILDREN
Because the game collects no data at all, it collects none from children either. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links other than the store pages.
THIS WEBSITE
survival.aether-shard.com is a static site served through Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Cloudflare may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operation, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Links to Discord or the stores lead to those services and their policies.
THE PUBLISHER POLICY
This page restates, for this game, the policy that covers everything Freedom Forge publishes: freedomforge.dev/privacy. If the two ever differ, the publisher policy is the one that applies.
CHANGES
If a future update adds anything that touches personal data, this page will change first and the effective date above will move. We will not add tracking or advertising quietly.
